El San Juan Hotel
I originally wasn’t going to do a travel blog until my trip to New Orleans in less than 2 weeks, but I felt compelled to enter at least one. Everyone has so many wonderful pictures to share… so I figured I’d do a quick blog about my favorite vacation in 2007 with my favorite cousin, Rachelle (she lives in San Diego). We had a 5 day/4 night stay. You won’t see ANY pictures from our last day’s stay as we were completely burned out and unbelievably hung over on Sunday, which worked out because it was pouring out all day/night and most of the people we met had left that morning. Then Monday we headed back to NJ/NYC, where Rachelle continued to vacation for another 2 more days.
Since this trip was a year ago, I’m going purely by memory… In other words, the details will be pretty limited. =)
We flew in on a Thursday morning and checked in by noon. We spent the day at the beach and aquanting ourselves with hour ENORMOUS and BEAUTIFUL 4-star hotel, The El San Juan. I highly recommend this hotel. So much to do at the hotel itself, there’s no reason to leave at night. In any case, we met a ton of people at the hotel bar and we had quite a few cocktails and many more shots… SALUD!!!
