This week I’ve found several bonus-mile promotions for new routes, both domestic and international, as well as miles-earning opportunities for car rentals, trips to Vegas, and online flower purchases.

If you fly Continental’s new route from New York (Newark) to Mumbai, India, between October 1 and December 31, you’ll earn 2,000 bonus miles. You must register and travel before December 31. Use promotion code 54031.
You can earn double miles on the new service between Cleveland and Quebec from June 9 and October 28. You must register using promotion code 54035.
Northwest
You can earn 1,000 bonus miles for round-trip travel to Vancouver, as long as your itinerary includes a nonstop flight between Minneapolis and Vancouver. This offer is valid for travel from October 1 through December 20. You must register prior to travel and no later than December 15. You can earn this bonus on a maximum of three round-trips.
You can also earn 1,000 bonus miles for round-trip travel to San Juan, Puerto Rico, via Detroit through October 31. You must register prior to travel and no later than October 21. You can earn this bonus on a maximum of three round-trips.
United
If you book a Las Vegas vacation with United Vacations by June 30, you’ll be eligible for up to 3,750 bonus miles per person (up to 7,500 per reservation) or $100 off the cost of the trip (which includes airfare and a minimum of a three night hotel stay). You must complete your vacation by August 31.
Through December 31, you can earn up to 750 bonus miles when you book your Avis rental car online. If you rent for three days, use coupon code MUAA080 and you’ll earn 250 bonus miles. If rent for four days, use coupon code MUAA84 and you’ll earn 750.
Other
Throughout the month of June, you can earn miles with four airlines when you order flowers through FTD.com. You’ll earn 20 miles per dollar spent with US Airways and United, 25 miles per dollar spent with American, and 10 miles per dollar spent plus a 525-mile bonus with Northwest.
